Ron Brace, a former Patriots defensive tackle, has died at 29 years old.
Al Washington, who played at Boston College from 2002-05, posted a note to Twitter, saying, “Words cannot express how deeply saddened I am at the loss of my teammate my friend and my brother Ron Brace.”
The 6-6, 330-pound lineman played two seasons for New England before being placed on the “PUP” list in 2011. He was released in 2012 before signing with Washington in February 2013. He was later released that same year.
