Pittsburgh running back James Conner,21, announced Monday he is cancer-free. He was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma six months ago.
He has underwent chemotherapy once doctors found tumors in his neck and chest. He returned to Pitt’s practices in February.
In 2014, he ran for 1,765 yards including 26 touchdowns. He was an All-American and ACC Player of the Year before he had a knee injury that put him out for the 2015 season.
His story should show people to never give up!
