The Chicago Bulls and the New York Knicks have joined the NBA trading scene very early.
They have reached a deal regarding Derrick Rose.
It was rumored during the Finals Series that NY was looking to bring Rose to the Knicks.
The Knicks are getting Rose, Justin Holiday and a 2017 draft pick while sensing Robin Lopez, Jose Calderon and Jerian Grant to the Bulls.
Rose is owed $21.3 million in the final year of his contract will become a free agent after the 2016-17 season.
This season he played in only 66 games, averaging 16.4 ppg and 4.7 apg.
Rose, the past four years, has had various injuries, including two major knee surgeries. He is only 27.
