Wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns, Josh Gordon has been reinstated by the NFL. It is on a conditional basis from his multiple drug violations indefinite suspension.
The NFL says he will be suspended for the first four games of the regular season but will be allowed to join the Browns at their training camp, all team meetings and activities.
Gordon will also be permitted to stay with the team during his four-game suspension according to his agent. He will be eligible to return from his four-game suspension on Oct. 3.
Gordon had previously been suspended two games in 2013, 10 games in 2014 and the entire 2015 season.
